Gluten-free banana pancakes
Delicious banana pancakes full of protein. Yields to 10-12 small pancakes.

Ingredients 350ml oat milk (or any plant milk) 0.5 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 banana 120g white flax protein
Instructions Add everything together. Mix in a smoothie mixer to make sure the banana is not very chunky. Make small pancakes and let them cook through before flipping.
