Gluten free snacks
This gluten free snack bread is made with our flax flour. Easy to make, tasty and healthy snack!
Yield: 1 patch
Ingredients 1 tbs Plantaator™ Flax Protein Onion powder Oregano Salt Sesami seeds Almond flour 80g about 10 tbs of water
Instructions Mix together all the dry ingredients. You can add seasonings per taste. Add water. It should be around 10 tbs, but make sure that dough would not get too wet, but stays sticky. Put the dough on a sheet of baking paper. To make sure that the snack bread is even in thickness, you can roll out the dough. For this add another sheet of baking paper on top of the dough, this helps with the stickiness. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C / 392F. Then lower the temperature and bake for another 5 minutes.
